Once the function is handed over, your team runs the day-to-day. I stay close for the moments where experience matters: strategy, important negotiations and commercial decisions.
What's included
- A weekly strategy call
- Deal support and negotiation
- A monthly performance review
- Questions answered between sessions within two working days
What isn't included
- Running outreach or managing partners day to day
- Additional build work, which is scoped separately
Terms
Three-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Paid monthly in advance.
